The State's Attorney for Wicomico County is an elected official, who serves as the chief prosecutor for the county.

The State's Attorney is charged with the duty of investigating and prosecuting criminal offenses that occur within the County of Wicomico.

The mission of the Wicomico County State's Attorney's Office is to zealously investigate and prosecute criminal offenses that occur in Wicomico County. These offenses include Felony, Misdemeanor and Juvenile cases. It is our goal to be a vanguard for the rights of victims of crimes that occur within Wicomico County and the State of Maryland through the presentment of well prepared prosecution.
