Building Office
Hours Directions and Parking Circuit Court All felonies and jury trials are scheduled in the Circuit Court. The Wicomico County Circuit Court is located in the "old" courthouse on the corner of Main Street and Division Street in downtown Salisbury. The building is across Main Street from the Wicomico County Health Department, next to the old post office as well as the County Office Building. There is two hour metered parking surrounding courthouse. However, we suggest you park in the parking garage beside the firehouse on Division Street. Bring money to pay for the parking. District Court Misdemeanors and traffic offenses are generally scheduled for trial in the district court unless a jury trial is requested. Check your subpoena to see which court you should go to. The district court is located in the State Multi-Service Building on Baptist Street in downtown Salisbury. This is a large brick building with a dome on top. Free parking is available in front and behind the building. State's Attorney's Office The State's Attorney's Office is located in the Circuit Court building on the second floor of the new annex just behind the metal detectors in the main lobby.
