
Program
Structure:
1.
The defendant will be referred to a drug treatment program. The defendant
must report to that treatment program's director within seven (7)
days after signing the contract. The defendant may choose the treatment
agency subject to approval by the State's Attorney's Office. The drug
treatment program will be under the supervision of and at facilities
provided by the approved treatment agency. The defendant's treatment
plan will be determined by the treatment agency.

The defendant will be required to sign a consent for the release of
confidential information. The treatment agency will make reports to
the State's Attorney's Office if required or requested on a case-by-case
basis.
3.
The defendant must pay a mandatory DO TIME Program fee of $300.00.
Any claims of indigency must be documented by the Department of Employment
and Economic Development and/or the county Department of Social Services.
The defendant, after paying a $25.00 enrollment fee, will be allowed
to pay the balance of the fee in monthly installments, up to twelve
(12) months.

The defendant will enter into a Community Service agreement with the
State's Attorney's Office whereby he/she will be required to perform
not less than one hundred (100) hours of community service under the
supervision and direction of the non-profit, community service agency
where the work is performed. The State's Attorney's Office will determine
the length of community service on a case-by-case basis.

The defendant will be responsible for and will pay all program fees
contracted for by the treatment agency, the State's Attorney's Office,
and/or any other pertinent agency utilized in this case.
6.
Any violation of treatment plan rules or community service regulations
is a
violation of program rules and will be reported to the State's Attorney's
Office. Failure to complete the above outlined Program Structure is
a violation of program rules.
7.
Upon successfully completing the DO TIME Program, the defendant may
request the State's Attorney to enter a Nolle Prosequi to the original
charge(s) and may then request the appropriate court to expunge the
record of the original charges. Upon signing the DO TIME contract,
the State's Attorney will ask that your case be placed on the Stet
Docket.
